We supply hampers throughout the year, when delivery is some 7-10 days from the date of order, but for deliveries just before Christmas and the New Year, orders should be placed by 7th December. After this date, please contact us so that we can confirm availability.
Please ensure that your intended recipients will accept delivery up to and including 22nd/23rd December. Addresses for individual deliveries must include full postcodes. We will not accept responsibility for delays and any subsequent costs arising from the inaccuracy of delivery addresses.
When a specific delivery date is requested and the goods are despatched on the respective scheduled service, we accept no responsibility for any delays due to the carriers or customers’ booking-in procedures.
Deliveries are not normally made on Saturdays, nor on Mondays for hampers containing fresh foods.
If the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, a card will be left for them to arrange a mutually convenient time with the carrier for re-delivery.
