After-Sales Service and Guarantees
All consignments are fully insured. Claims for breakages or other damage must be made in writing, within three days of receipt, quoting the information on the delivery label.
If the recipient signed that the consignment was received in good condition, then for any claim to be considered, we must be notified of the loss or damage by 12 noon on the next working day after delivery. The damaged goods will be replaced and postage refunded provided that they are returned to us. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 days from the despatch.
